I am not getting reminders
Check that notifications are allowed for Invited: on iPhone in Settings > Notifications > Invited, on Android in Settings > Apps > Invited > Notifications. Focus or Do Not Disturb modes can also silence alerts. Invited shows a banner in the app when notifications are off.
A date or time looks wrong
AI can make mistakes with dates, times and places, which is why Invited asks you to review before saving. Open the reminder and tap Edit to correct it. A clear, well-lit photo of the whole document gives the best results.
I bought Pro but the app does not show it
Open Invited's settings and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
How do I change when I get reminded?
Set a default reminder time in Invited's settings (1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours or 2 days before), or change it on any single reminder.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
