A free trial that becomes paid
A confirmation says the trial ends October 28, 2026, then $12.99 a month. Invited creates a reminder before the trial ends, with the price, so you can keep it or cancel it on purpose.

How subscription renewals usually work
Most subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel, the trial or plan rolls into a paid period on the renewal date.
Timing rules differ. Subscriptions bought through Apple renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. On Google Play, you can cancel at any time and usually keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Other services set their own rules, so check the terms in your confirmation email.
That is why "2 days before" is a good default for trials: it leaves time to decide, and time for the cancellation to go through.
